A crash closed the A289 link road for a period of time earlier this morning.
The single vehicle crash happened outside the Premier Inn on Pier Road not far from the Strand Leisure Park in Gillingham.
The car crashed into a central reservation, but no one in the car was injured.
The crash completely blocked the road for a time and police turned traffic back towards the leisure park until the crash site could be cleared.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police were called shortly after 6am to a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on Pier Road, Gillingham, in which a car had been in collision with the central reservation. No injuries were reported."
