They are the modern gadgets that keep adults and children alike entertained for hours.
But the owner of this curious cockatiel has revealed the animal is also addicted to her iPad, mobile phone and TV.
Strood beauty therapist Usha Sheikh's pet Ghugi constantly wants to play with and perch on her gadgets.
The 60-year-old, of Leybourne Road, said the 10-month-old female cockatiel wants to keep at the cutting edge of technology.
Mrs Sheikh said: "She is very sharp and always curious to learn tricks.
"This makes me very happy when she plays with my newspaper, mobile phone or watch TV. She is a very social bird."
And although Ghugi has a lot of love for Mrs Sheikh, it is her husband who is the animal's favourite.
"She likes men," she said. "When my husband is around, she doesn't want me to touch or sit near my husband. That doesn't bother me - we just laugh."
