Customer dies in Co-op store in Walderslade

The ambulance service has confirmed that a customer died at a shop.
Medics were called to the Co-op in Walderslade Road, Walderslade, yesterday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the store around 2.30pm.
Attempts to revive the person were unsuccessful and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
Speaking this afternoon, ambulance service spokesman Rich Airey said: "I can confirm we were called to reports a person had collapsed.
"Ambulance crews attended but sadly, despite the best effort of all those involved, the person died at the scene."
No further details about the deceased were released and the Co-op has declined to comment.
