Delays are expected after a crash on the link road between the Taddington and Lord Lees Roundabouts at Junction 3 of the M2.
Kent County Council's Highways team reported the crash on the link road at Walderslade just after 2.50pm.
One lane was blocked due to the crash, while the opposite carriageway was also blocked due to a broken down lorry.
Drivers have been warned to expect delays at the roundabouts and surrounding areas.
Police said they were called to the collision involving a car and lorry at around 2.45pm.
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a woman was treated for injuries, which police said were not life threatening.
One lane was closed while emergency services arranged for recovery of the vehicles and has now reopened.
