Director charged with fraud

The director of a lettings firm has been charged with 20 counts of fraud.
Nirver Panesar, 38, of Woodlands Road, Gillingham, is a director of Riverside Lettings in Maidstone.
He was charged on Wednesday, June 24 and has been bailed to appear before Maidstone Magistrates on Thursday, July 9.
The charges follow allegations that he spent the deposits he took from tenants and refused to pay them back.
