A fallen tree is causing havoc after blocking Hoath Lane in Wigmore.
Traffic has been 'piling' up around Hoath Way, Courteney Road and Fairview Avenue since 1.30pm as Storm Ciara rages on.
Hoath Lane resident Jessica Missin said: "It's a main road with traffic coming from both directions.
"You can't see the tree straight away, so people are coming around the corner with no idea about the blockage, the traffics just piling up."
This comes after police closed Pier Road in Gillingham for around an hour at around 9.45am as engineers assessed the roof of Medway Police Station.
The weather caused a small amount of damage within the grounds of the station.
Other roads in the Towns have also been blocked due to fallen trees and trampoline was spotted at the bottom of Columbine Road, in Strood, this morning.
People living on St Mary's Island in Chatham also had problems this afternoon when a trampoline started to roll around in a garden and got caught on a fence.
