Two brothers and a sister have appeared in court in connection with an attempted murder.
Police revealed earlier this year they had charged Adam Green, 25, in connection with a shooting incident in Gillingham in April 2012.
Green, 25, of Hards Town, Chatham, faces two counts of attempted murder after an incident in Railway Street, Gillingham last year. He has been remanded in custody.
The alleged offences relate to an incident which was reported to have happened at an industrial plot. Two men, a 27-year-old and a 34-year-old, were badly injured.
Steven Green, 28, of Tangmere Close, Gillingham, and Melissa Green, 22, of Farnborough Avenue, South Croydon, have now been charged with perverting the course of justice.
All three appeared before magistrates in Medway this morning and the cases against them was sent to Maidstone Crown Court.
None of the trio entered any pleas in relation to the charges and will next appear at the crown court on August 30.
Steven and Melissa Green were granted bail.
