A grandmother missing for more than a month after boarding a flight to Mexico has been reunited with her family.
Sally Hann, of Gordon Road, Chatham, was reported missing by her family on October 25 after she went shopping in the town and failed to return.
Four days later, the family were told the 55-year-old had been found by police and she would contact them in three weeks.
It later emerged the mother-of-four and grandmother-of-four had boarded a flight to Cancun in Mexico.
Police could not tell the family this at the time, in line with Mrs Hann’s wishes.
They closed the investigation, but the case was reopened last week when she still had still not got in touch.
Early last week Mrs Hann was located safe and well in London, but still didn't want her family to know where she was.
Since then she has got in touch with her family and they have been reunited.
Daughter Kirsty Fraser contacted the Medway Messenger in an effort to find her mum.
