A father and son have admitted possessing nearly a kilo of heroin seized from their Chatham home.
But Kyriacos and Andreas Achilleos, of Christopher Road, will stand trial next year after denying they had the drug with intent to supply.
Kyriacos Achilleos, 67, also denied being concerned in making an offer to supply heroin on the same date, March 12 this year. He admitted possessing a prohibited weapon, a stungun.
Maidstone Crown Court heard 41-year-old Andreas Achilleos suffered from “extreme agoraphobia”.
Bail was continued and they will stand trial in the two-week period beginning February 4 next year.
