Fifth teenager charged with murder and affray after the death of Kyle Yule in October in Gillingham

A fifth teenager has been charged with the murder of Gillingham teen Kyle Yule.
Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate detectives charged a 16-year-old boy with murder and affray earlier today.
The Croydon teen is set to appear before Medway Youth Court tomorrow.
The murder enquiry was launched after Kent Police were called to East Street in Gillingham at 8:10pm on Friday, October 6 where Kyle Yule had been fatally injured.
A number of people were reported to have been causing criminal damage to a silver Renault Clio before Kyle was stabbed. He later died in hospital.
A 17-year-old boy, two 16-year old boys and 19-year-old Victor Maibvisira of St Johns Road in Gillingham have all previously been charged with murder and affray.
All four defendants pleaded not guilty to the murder charge, and have been remanded before a provisional trial on Monday, April 9.
