Crews have left the scene of a gas leak where residents were asked to stay indoors and keep their windows shut.
Emergency services were called to Church Road, in Burham, near Rochester, at around 2.25pm yesterday.
Three fire engines attended and helped make the area safe. Kent Police were also there.
Kent Fire and Rescue say they finally left at 1.37am today and duty of care was left with on-site gas engineers.
The advice to close windows and doors is no longer in place and people have been asked to share the update with any neighbours or friends in the area, who might not have access to internet or social media.
