The first images of a 35-home scheme have been released ahead of its launch.
Longfield-based firm Esquire Developments is building the private houses near High Halstow, on the Hoo Peninsula, as it looks to expand its presence in North Kent.
The project in Sharnal Street – named The Hollies – will include a mix of two to five-bedroom homes with two of the two-bedroom plots offering the government's First Homes Scheme.
Head of sales and marketing at Esquire, Alex Mattingly said: "We have been so excited to launch The Hollies and have more presence in North Kent.
"After our development, Appleyard Quarter, in Hoo sold out quickly, we knew the interest in the area was high.
"Our previous developments within the local area sold out completely off plan and we have had buyers waiting for this development to launch for up to a year."
The properties will cost between £350,000 and £775,000 and will include similar external materials, such as cladding and brickwork, to its other sites in Medway.
Ms Mattingly added: "2023 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Esquire Developments, as we now have three live developments in Kent which have seen a large amount of interest.
"Our land and planning teams are also achieving planning approvals, most recently in Newington and Hawkhurst."
The Hollies off-plan launch will be held at Esquire Developments head office in Green Street Green Road, Longfield, this weekend by appointment only.
