Livingstone Arms pub in Gillingham up for sale
13:01, 27 January 2015
A pub popular with football fans which closed down about a year ago is up for sale in Gillingham.
The Livingstone Arms pub is being sold as a freehold business by London-based property agents Fleurets Limited.
It is thought it closed down at the end of the football season in 2013 and briefly reopened for a short period in 2014, but has been empty since.
Agents say they are open to offers for the pub in Gillingham Road, Gillingham, which has living accommodation above and off-road parking.
