Four treated for smoke inhalation in Chatham oven fire

Four people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a house blaze broke out.
Two fire engines were sent to Constitution Road, Chatham, this evening following reports of an oven fire.
Upon arrival the fire was out but the property remained heavily smoke logged.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.
Four residents of the house were treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
