There are still free tickets available to some of Medway’s top attractions.
Tourist spots across the county will be opening their doors for free next Saturday and Sunday as part of Visit Kent’s My Big Weekend.
There are around 4,000 of the 20,000 tickets left, including entry into Rochester and Upnor castles, Diggerland in Strood, The Royal Engineers Museum in Gillingham, Chatham’s Historic Dockyard and Buckmore Park karting circuit.
Sandra Matthews-Mars, from Visit Kent said: “This is the most exciting weekend of the year for us, as we see thousands of people getting out and about in Kent and spreading the word about just how much we have to offer.
“We strongly encourage everyone to go on the website and take a look at the wide range of attractions participating – you will be surprised at what you find.”
You have until 11pm this Sunday to apply via the website www.mykentbigweekend.co.uk
