Work is set to begin on a new gym at a shopping centre.
Low-cost fitness chain JD Gyms is due to open its first branch in Kent at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre at the beginning of April.
The firm is advertising a special offer to attract new customers, with the first 200 members getting the first month for £5.
JD Gyms describes the new facility as "state-of-the-art", with hundreds of pieces of fitness equipment, class studios, a spin studio, and a sprint and prowler track.
The gym is expected be open 6am to 10pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm weekends.
It is located outside the shopping centre and will only be accessible from the entrance by the underground car park.
