Essex man charged on suspicion of burglary after break-in at property in Maidstone Road, Chatham

A suspected burglar has appeared in court after a break-in which saw a window broken.
Police were called to Maidstone Road in Chatham at around 9pm on Tuesday following reports of a burglary.
On arrival officers found a window had been broken and, following a search, arrested a man on suspicion of the offence.
Dean Harrison, of Charles Pell Road, Essex, was later charged with one count of burglary.
The 39-year-old appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday November 25.
