Hunt for driver after police recover stolen car in Chatham

A police chase ended this morning with the recovery of a stolen car, a hunt for the driver and a relieved owner.
Officers pursued the suspected stolen vehicle in Chatham until it pulled over in Otway Street at 9.15am.
The driver 'decamped' and made off on foot, while officers arrested two people at the scene.
The two were later de-arrested, while the search for the third person remains ongoing.
A Tweet from Kent Police Roads said the owner of the car is 'relieved' it has been found, and added it will now be sent for forensic testing.
A spokesman for police said: "Kent Police pursued a suspected stolen vehicle until it stopped in Otway Street, Chatham at around 9.15am.
"Two people were arrested at the scene in connection with the theft, but were subsequently de-arrested.
"Enquiries remain ongoing to locate a third person who is reported to have left the scene."
