Emergency services are treating an elderly woman who fainted.
The woman was shopping at the Dockside Outlet Centre when she passed out.
Two ambulances and one police car are at the scene on Dockhead Road, Chatham.
The woman's niece and her friend have said she is fine now.
Ambulance services are offering to take the lady to hospital but she declined.
Kent Police spokesperson Steve Knight said: "Officers were called at 3.03pm to assist South East Coast Ambulance Service with a medical incident at Dockside, Chatham.
"No offences were reported and officers had left the scene by 3.40pm."
