Invicta Dynamos avenge defeat with emphatic victory
08:58, 13 December 2010
Invicta Dynamos scored 10 or more goals for the third successive game as they thrashed Milton Keynes Thunder 10-1 at home on Sunday evening.
Seven different scorers helped the Dynamos avenge their recent shock 3-2 defeat at Milton Keynes.
In the absence of Liam Chong, who is on international duty, and third highest point scorer Daniel Calitri, the hosts called up Kevin Lake and Dan Fudger from Invicta Mustangs and cruised to their third English National Ice Hockey League Division 1 South victory in a row.
Fudger made his mark with a late double strike, with the other Invicta goals coming from Andy Smith (2) (pictured), Callum Fowler (2), Daniel Borges, Scott Beeson, Tim Smith and Michael Timms.
The Dynamos complete their pre-Christmas schedule with another home game at the Silver Blades Ice Rink, Gillingham, on Sunday against the Romford Raiders (5.15pm).
