Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish unhappy with crowd reaction during game at Romford Raiders

Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish has vowed to take his players off the ice if they ever encounter a repeat of last weekend’s crowd trouble in Romford.
Home supporters ran up to the Mos bench after players from both teams had been dismissed for fighting.
A tussle between Invicta forward Nathaniel Rose and Romford’s Billy Phillips continued even after both players had been sent to the bench.
When the referee dispatched them from the game, the pair had to cross the ice to where their team-mates and a large section of the crowd were.
Parrish said: "The Romford benches are next to each other and I can’t see why the referee let both players go off the ice at the same time.
"The Romford fans ran down behind our bench and that’s not something you want to see in hockey. I hope Romford get something done about it.
"It was two guys (Rose and Phillips), in the heat of the moment, who wanted to get at each other.
"That’s fair enough, it happens in our sport but we didn’t need six or seven guys running down to tell us they were going to rip our heads off. That’s not banter at all, that’s when it becomes violent.
"It was a bit of a mad moment. Banter going back and forth is fine as long as the line doesn’t get over-stepped. It did get over-stepped on Sunday. If it happens again, our players won’t stay on the ice."
The Dynamos host Oxford City Stars in the Southern Cup tomorrow (Saturday) before travelling to Streatham Redskins for a league game on Sunday.
