Canadian Peter Vaisanen netted a brace as Invicta Dynamos came from behind to defeat Milton Keynes Thunder 5-2 in the English National Ice Hockey League Division 1 (South) on Sunday.
The Dynamos were 2-1 down going into the final 20 minutes before four last period goals settled the game and made it three wins out of three for Kevin Parrish's side.
Defenceman Mark Williams, who iced for Romford last season and joined the Dynamos ahead of the game, made his debut, while captain Karl Lennon returned to the side.
Neither team was able to break the deadlock in the first period, before the visitors took the lead through Sam Fairhurst.
Vaisanen made it 1-1 before the Thunder had restored their lead before the end of the period.
But Andy Smith, Grant Baxter, Vaisanen and Mike Jones struck in the final period as the Dynamos fought back to win. Connor Hubbuck replied for the Thunder.
