Invicta Dynamos cruised to a comfortable 8-1 victory over Peterborough Islanders in the NIHL Southern Cup on Sunday.
It was a sixth straight win for the Mos and they maintained their 100% record in the Southern Cup with the win at Silver Blades.
Taking the man-of-the-match award was netminder Andy Moffat, who was making his final appearance for the club as he looks to take a break from the game.
Callum Best netted the opener, with Callum Fowler claiming an assist, and the lead was doubled when Tom Avery fired home.
Joe Bliss set up the third, in the second period, with Peter Vaisanen getting his name on the scoresheet.
Peterborough pulled one back, to make it 3-1, but normal service was resumed when Justin Noble, pictured, scored the fourth with a great solo effort.
Nicky Lewis nailed the fifth and one more followed before the end of the second, as Noble netted again.
Two more followed before the end of the game as Best fired into the roof of the net, after Lewis had been denied, and the final score of the night was claimed by Noble as he completed a hat-trick in the closing stages.
