Invicta Dynamos fought back with a second-leg victory to beat Cardiff NIHL Devils in the South Division 1 play-off quarter-finals.
The Mos were trailing 6-4 from the Saturday, in the first leg, but returned to Gillingham and claimed a 9-4 victory.
The 13-10 aggregate win sets the Mos up with a semi-final play-off date against champions Chelmsford Chieftains this weekend.
On Saturday, the Mos went a goal up in Wales through Andy Smith, pictured, but Cardiff hit back and led 3-1 by the end of the first.
Cardiff netted twice more with Smith’s strike making it 5-2 to the hosts before Peter Vaisanen and Justin Noble added their names on the scoresheet.
Sunday’s match in Gillingham started well as Nicky Lewis and Jack Tarczycki scored for the Mos but they were soon pegged back. The first period ended 3-3, as Smith added another to his weekend tally.
But the hosts edged themselves ahead in the tie by the end of the second, leading 6-3, with a hat-trick of Smith efforts.
Cardiff pulled one back in the final period but the Mos finished strongly, as Vaisanen, Smith and Callum Fowler all fired home to seal the quarter-final win.
