Jacob Cloke charged with dangerous driving after BMW allegedly taken from Gillingham found in Iwade.

A man has been remanded in custody after officers found an abandoned car which had been reported as being stolen from Gillingham.
Police received reports the vehicle, a BMW, was apparently being driven dangerously on Monday, December 1, and after finding the car, arrested 21-year-old Jacob Cloke.
Officers said the BMW was missing from High Street, Gillingham and was later spotted allegedly being driven dangerously from their to Iwade, near Sittingbourne.
Cloke, of no fixed address, was charged the next day with, taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, possession of cocaine, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, without a licence, possession of a weapon, a knife and theft from another person.
He appeared before magistrates in Medway on Tuesday, December 2, and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court, on Thursday, December 18.
