Luton Junior School closed today due to sickness bug

A primary school in Chatham has closed today due to a sickness bug.
Luton Junior School has posted on its website to say it has closed due to vomitting and sickness among the pupils and staff.
The statement reads: "Due to an outbreak of vomiting and sickness amongst pupils and staff we have taken the decision to close the school After taking advice from the public health agency we have decided to close the school to prevent further illness. The school will reopen on Friday."
Luton Infant School, in Alexandra Road, is open as usual.
