The boyfriend of Katie Price has appeared in court this morning accused of threatening a police officer after a row with a photographer.
Kris Boyson, a personal trainer from Istead Rise, near Gravesend, was pictured today arriving at Medway Magistrates' Court in a grey checked jacket and white shirt.
He is accused of verbally abusing the officer on October 11 following a row with a paparazzo.
However, proceedings were adjourned for a case management hearing, which will be heard on July 9.
Two days previously the couple had been on a boozy night out in Bexleyheath which culminated in her £130,000 pink Range Rover crashing.
Miss Price was found slumped over the back seats and Boyson was in the front passenger seat.
In February, the former glamour model, 41, was cleared of drink driving but was fined £1,500 and banned from the roads for three months after being convicted of being drunk in charge of a vehicle.
Boyson was charged with using language which made the officer, PC Blundell, believe immediate violence might be used against him after a confrontation in Haven Close, also in Istead Rise.
A new trial date has not been set.
