Kent boxing show put on hold until New Year

The all-Kent boxing show planned for this weekend at Medway Park has been delayed until after Christmas.
Promoter Mark Roe has now provisionally re-scheduled the event for early February.
Mr Roe admitted there were problems "his end" which he was unable to rectify in time and felt a date after Christmas was best for all parties.
He said: "The manager at Medway Park has been most accommodating but there was only one date available before Christmas and it made it hard. There were a few hiccups our end.
"The next available date is in February and it’s on a Friday night and that’s what we’ve gone for.
"I’ve been in touch will all of the boxers and we just have to crack on with the arrangements now.
"We’ve got plenty of time so there will be no excuses this time."
Unbeaten Chatham heavyweight Tom Dallas will top the bill in a line-up made up with other fighters from across the county.
"We’ve got to put Tom on in Kent," said Mr Roe, who is Dallas’ manager.
"He could fight for a title here in his home town and I know the place is big enough to stage an event like that."
