Learner Martin Olujosun goes on the rampage at Gillingham Driving Test Centre after failing his driving test

A learner driver who failed his test was so angry he assaulted an examiner and threatened to kill him.
Martin Olujosun, 22, took his driving test at the Gillingham Driving Test Centre - but took his rage out on staff when he failed.
Olujosun first abused the examiner who had failed him by calling him racist and other abusive names.
He then stormed into the test centre, in Courteney Road, to remonstrate with staff.
He told senior examiner Darral Gregory he wanted to make a complaint.
But when Mr Gregory told him any complaints would have to be put in writing, he started swearing and calling him a racist before trying repeatedly to punch him in the face.
"If you held a gun to his head he can't tell you why, he just lost it, he'd just lost his mother..." - Patrick Bligh, defending
Trying to defend himself, Mr Gregory grabbed Olujosun's jumper and a tussle ensued. Mr Gregory was pushed into some chairs in the waiting area and hurt his back.
As he fell, Olujosun started again trying to punch him and shoved his elbow in Mr Gregory’s face.
Other examiners tried to come to Mr Gregory's aid as learner drivers who were waiting to take their tests watched in horror.
Eventually Mr Gregory was able to get up, but as he did so Olujosun pushed him over with such force he fell onto some tables and hurt his shoulder.
At this point, another driving instructor managed to pull Olujosun off Mr Gregory and push him out of the building - before locking the door.
Olujosun continued to shout abuse through the door. He said he was going to kill Mr Gregory and would find out where he lived.
When he was arrested, Olujosun said he only acted in self-defence. He was charged with assault and threatening behaviour.
Olujosun, of Slater Close, Woolwich New Road, London, was sentenced at Medway Magistrates' Court.
He admitted the threatening behaviour charge at an earlier hearing, but denied the common assault. He was due to stand trial over the matter in January, but pleaded guilty on the day his trial was due to start.
Magistrates were told, Olujosun - who has previous connections to Medway - had lost his temper on the day and had been under pressure at the time because his mother had died.
Patrick Bligh, defending, said: "He regrets it. If you held a gun to his head he can't tell you why, he just lost it, he'd just lost his mother."
Magistrates gave Olujosun a 90-day suspended sentence for two years and ordered he carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to attend six education, training and employment sessions and pay £500 court costs.
Magistrates also ordered he pay Mr Gregory £1,500 in compensation.
After sentencing, a DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) spokesman said: "We don't tolerate verbal or physical assaults on any of our staff or customers.
"We take any cases of assaults very seriously and will take action against anyone who displays threatening behaviour."
