A little girl became the star of her own video willing people to stay safe during the coronavirus outbreak.
Zara Clift, from Wainscott near Rochester, can be seen talking about her mother Emily who works as a midwife.
Zara tells people to "wash their hands" during the clip
The two-year-old says she misses her mummy before urging people to wash their hands and sanitise.
Her father Joe Clift, 27, made the video with his partner.
Emily, who usually works as a community midwife based Gun Lane, in Strood, has had to do shifts at Medway Maritime Hospital.
Meanwhile Joe works as an on-call technician on heavy goods vehicles, meaning he can be called out at all times of the day and night.
The changes to little Zara's life have seen her having to go to a new nursery, as hers is closed.
Joe said: "We put the video together and made a little script.
"Emily is in and out of hospital and I am in the technical industry keeping all the vehicles going.
"She is doing more hours, going into the hospital trying to give them a helping hand. She used to just work weekends."
