Danny Arnold of Waghorn Street, Chatham admits burglary, theft and assault

A man found himself in court facing 14 charges after he broke into two churches, stole from shops and assaulted staff.
Danny Arnold admitted to the burglary of two churches, stealing from seven shops, assaulting two shop workers and attempting to steal from another shop.
The incidents happened between Thursday, May 16 and Tuesday, July 2 in Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester and Sittingbourne.
The 34-year-old of Waghorn Street, Chatham was arrested on Tuesday, July 9 in a store in Canterbury.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates Court on Thursday, July 11 where he admitted carrying out the offences.
Arnold was remanded in custody and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court, on an undecided date next month.
