Man and boy arrested after knives and drugs bust in Old Road, Chatham

Officers seized three knives and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs while arresting a man and boy.
The weapons and contraband were uncovered when Kent Police stopped a car in Old Road, Chatham, at around 7.15pm yesterday.
A 17-year-old boy and 21-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon and possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.
Both remain in custody as enquiries continue.
