Twydall: Man arrested after pensioner robbed

Police investigating reports of a robbery in Twydall have arrested a man.
A woman in her 80s had a purse stolen and was pushed from behind in Waltham Road between 10.45am and 11.25am on Monday, October 8.
A 38-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion of robbery on Tuesday and remains in custody as enquiries continue.
No serious injuries were sustained.
