Man arrested in Burma Way, Chatham for 'possessing a knife'

Police arrested a man in Chatham after reportedly being found with a knife.
Officers were called to a disturbance in Shalfleet Close at 7.15pm yesterday.
A 21-year-old man was arrested in Burma Way 50 minutes later on suspicion of possessing a bladed article, assault, two counts of assaulting a police officer, possessing cannabis and theft.
He remains in custody as enquiries continue.
