Chatham man charged after police seize cocaine and cash from Dale Street address

A bag of cocaine and more than £1,000 have been seized after a police raid.
Police investigating the supply of class A drugs executed a search warrant at an address in Chatham on Friday (May 24).
The illegal substance and cash were recovered along with a mobile phone and a suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
Michael Day, of Dale Street, Chatham was later charged by investigators with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to supply and possessing criminal property (namely the seized money).
The 26-year-old appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court on Monday (May 27).
He was remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, June 24.
