Ion Rusu, from Gillingham, charged with death by dangerous driving after M20 J11 fatal crash

A Medway man has been charged with dangerous driving after a woman died following a crash on the M20 last year.
It happened on the coastbound carriageway near Junction 11a, for the Channel Tunnel, shortly before 10pm on Sunday, November 13, last year.
Mohini Arora, 25, died when her grey BMW was involved in a collision with a grey Peugeot 206.
Ion Rusu, 25, of College Avenue, Gillingham, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed alcohol limit, and driving while over the prescribed limit.
He has been bailed to appear before Folkestone magistrates on Wednesday, May 10.
A 26-year-old man from Chatham who was also arrested will not face any charges.
