Lee Rice, 32, of Hockenden Lane, charged with 10 offences following Rochester crash

A man has been charged with 10 offences after a crash in Rochester on Saturday.
Lee Rice, 32, of Hockenden Lane, Swanley, was arrested following the incident which happened at around 10.55pm.
He has since been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
An 18-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of traffic offences but has since been released, pending further enquiries.
Three people were hurt but the injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Before the crash, the vehicle is reported to have failed to stop for officers near junction 5 of the M2 and a pursuit was authorised.
It was cancelled shortly before the crash and the police have notified the Independent Office for Police Conduct about the collision, as is mandatory for collisions of this nature.
Rice has also been charged with criminal damage, affray and two counts of threatening to destroy property following incidents in Greenwich on August 4 and 5.
