A man died at an event to mark Armed Forces Day.
Hundreds came together yesterday for a day honouring the military, which was organised by Medway Council at The Great Lines Heritage Park in Gillingham.
The circumstances surrounding the incident, including the man's age, are not yet known.
Medway Council, Kent Police and Secamb have been approached for comment.
This year recognised the 40th Anniversary of the Falklands, which holds great significance to Medway and The Historic Dockyard Chatham.
There was a military parade, helicopters on display, bandstand concerts, and a climbing tower with the Kent Army Cadets.
Visitors to the event have taken to social media to tell of their sadness.
