Paul Dilley of Bligh Way, Strood, guilty of outraging public deceny by performing sex act in car in Ashford

A man who performed a sex act in a car has been found guilty of outraging public decency.
Paul Dilley, 38, of Bligh Way, Strood, was convicted at Folkestone Magistrates Court yesterday.
Magistrates found him guilty of committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely exposing his genitals and performing a sex act whilst in a vehicle.
Dilley committed the offence in Ashford on November 26, 2014.
He will be sentenced at Canterbury Crown Court at a later date.
