Man in his 20s arrested after suspected armed robbery in Rochester

A man in his 20s handed himself into Medway Police Station and was arrested in connection with a robbery in Strood.
Kent Police launched a CCTV appeal on November 2 after the incident on September 22.
The robbery is reported to have happened between 8pm and 8.30pm.
The victim was approached outside a bus stop in Strood High Street and offered a lift home.
Both men walked to Aldi car park, entered a car and drove to Borstal Road.
The suspect stopped the vehicle and allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and demanded a quantity of cash before leaving the car.
The arrested man has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
