Two bar staff recovering after attack at The Royal George in Chatham and earlier in New Road

Two bar staff are recovering after being assaulted in Chatham.
One is said to have been punched in the face at The Royal George in High Street just after 6pm on Thursday, shortly after the other was attacked in New Road.
A 41-year-old man from Chatham has been arrested on suspicion of assault and is being questioned by police.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and in particular for a man seen on crutches who may have vital information.
