Crash in Hoath Way, Gillingham

A woman had to be cut free from a vehicle following a crash in Gillingham.
Firefighters were called to Hoath Way at 3.10pm to reports of a person trapped inside a car after the smash.
They removed the roof from a Dacia Duster to free the woman, who is believed to be in her early 50s.
She is thought to have been suffering back and neck injuries.
Police said they were called at 2.40pm and confirmed four vehicles were involved in the smash.
A man was also treated for injuries and both patients were taken to a local hospital, police said.
Emergency services left the scene of the accident, which happened on the carriageway going towards the M2, just after 5pm.
