Paramedics treated a man caught under a double-decker bus.
Rochester High Street was closed from the Golden Lion pub to the junction with Star Hill.
The incident happened just before 10am.

"Officers attended alongside crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service and the pedestrian, a man, has been taken to a local hospital.
"The incident did cause an obstruction in the road however the scene is now clear."
A witness, who did not want to be named, said: "There are paramedics, three police cars and about six officers.
"I believe they had to lift the bus up to get the person out."
Ambulance spokesman Rich Airey said: "We sent two ambulance crews to the scene.
"The man was complaining of shoulder and back pain.
"He was treated at the scene then taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
"There is nothing to suggest his condition is life threatening."
