Burger lovers will have to travel a little further for a while to get their Big Mac fix.
One of two McDonald’s restaurants in Strood will be closed for five days for a make over.
The store at the entrance to Medway City Estate will shut at 10pm on Sunday, September 9.
It wil not reopen until 6am on Friday, September 14.
A sign has appeared in the window, directly customers to the nearest restaurant in Commercial Road, Strood.
This is one of the six restaurants across the Medway Towns after the store on Gillingham High Street closed at the end of July.
