Men released after woman found with stab wounds in Luton Road, Chatham

Two men have been released without charge in connection to an incident in which a woman was found stabbed.
Police were called by paramedics to an address in Luton Road, Chatham, at around 4.10pm on Monday.
The men had been arrested on suspicion of assault, but they have now all been released.
Officers were called to a private address to reports of an assault and the victim was flown to a London hospital in a serious condition.
A Luton Road resident said: “By the time I got here in the evening there was police and ambulance, about three police cars. I hope she is alright, they are a nice family. It’s a shame.”
A man from Tops Pizza, one of a few takeaways nearby, added: “I was in here and I saw about six or seven police and ambulance.”
Police press officer Martin Very said: “Officers attended the scene where a woman was treated for injuries consistent with a stab wound.
“She has been taken to a London hospital by air ambulance for further medical attention.”
Kent Police confirmed on Wednesday that enquires into the incident remained ongoing.
