They They are the champions - pupils from St Margaret’s Junior School celebrated as they were crowned Medway Messenger Mini Youth Games champions after a nail-biting series finale on the athletics track.
The Rainham school put in a strong performance in the final competition of the year to secure overall victory ahead of title rivals Featherby Junior School, Gillingham.
Almost 300 children from 36 primary schools took part in the last event of the 2008/9 series at Deangate Ridge athletics track, Hoo.
