A mum has been left in disgust after she found a severed fox head at a zebra crossing.
Bianca Di Mascio came face to face with the decomposing head when she was out with her children at 3pm on Sunday.
The fox head had been placed on a zebra crossing, in New Road, Chatham, just yards from New Road Primary School.

Miss Di Mascio said: "It was not like seeing a dead bird and explaining that to my children, this was planted on the traffic lights.
"My kids were distraught, I still can’t believe it myself.
"It’s not a normal thing to do.
"Even if it was kids, someone touched it carried it and set it up for the public to see.
"My friend's little girl saw it too at a different time of the day, she was so impacted by it she nearly ran into the road.
"I reported it to the police and some one else reported it too.
"It was a very sick thing to do who ever did that.
"It is really disgusting."
