Liam went missing more than two weeks ago and was last seen in Stoke Road, Hoo at 1am on Saturday, July 22.

A Facebook group set up to help find Liam now has more than 3,900 members.

Holly told KentOnline that her brother is a “family-oriented person” and that it is unusual that he has not contacted any family members.

She said: “We just want to know where he is.

“He’d never want us to worry like this as he’s a loving and emotional person.

“He has a strong bond with his three nieces and nephews and as siblings we have always been really close.

“If I ever felt low when we were younger, he would be the first person to make me feel better.

“He’s funny, caring and just a lovely person.”

A search involving family and friends will start at 10.30am today (August 9) and continue until 5pm.

Maps and radios will be provided and ditches will be searched as a priority.

Posters have been placed in shop windows in Rochester and Strood and flyers are being posted through doors.

The social media page is helping to coordinate the search by asking walking groups, landowners and any volunteers who are looking in particular areas to post details of places already covered.

The group has also made 50 laminated flyers to put up in neighbouring streets.

Those close to Liam fear he could have suffered a head injury and may be disorientated.

They are asking people to look in their outbuildings and surrounding areas.

Holly thanked the “thousands of people” for their “amazing support” throughout the previous searches.

“We just want to know where he is.”

Liam was last seen near North St Farm in Stoke Road, Hoo, wearing a black hat, black hoodie, black shorts and black Puma trainers.

He is white, of medium build and has short hair and a short beard.

“They have carried out house-to-house inquiries, CCTV reviews and undertaken searches in numerous relevant locations, assisted by drones, police helicopters and the dog unit.

“We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and continue to request public support in locating Liam.”
