A collision which left one car on its roof led to severe delays on the M2 last night.
The two vehicles involved were a Vauxhall Corsa and a Mercedes, which had flipped onto its roof.
The crash happened just before 9.30pm on Friday between junction 2 and 3 of the motorway near Rochester.
Both lanes were closed, causing long delays westbound, towards London.
Emergency services attended the incident.
Kent Police spokesman Andy Saunders said: "Police were called at 9.27pm on Friday, July to a collision on the London bound carriageway of the M2, close to junction three.
"Officers attended along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service and there were no serious injuries reported.
"Road closures were in place whilst the vehicles were recovered."
Roads opened again at about 10pm.
