M2 at Chatham, Rochester and Maidstone is blocked

An overturned van has caused long delays on the M2.
Motorists' journeys were taking up to 50 minutes longer than usual on the coastbound M2 from junction 2 all the way to junction 3.
Highways England said the road surface and crash barriers have been damaged.
